OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EVOLVE PLR website, marketplace, products, and related services. By visiting the store or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store or purchase its products.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Information supplied during checkout or account access must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your account and download access.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

EVOLVE PLR sells digital products, editable resources, templates, seller materials, research, and related access. No physical product is shipped. Product descriptions, included files, prices, and availability may change before purchase. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time.

ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT

An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Purchased products are delivered electronically through the EVOLVE PLR library, download links, email, or another delivery method stated on the product page. You are responsible for using a compatible device and maintaining access to the email address used at checkout. If access fails, contact us through our Contact page.

PLR LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Each purchase is governed by the PLR license supplied with that product. The license describes what you may customize, brand, publish, and sell. If these Terms conflict with a product-specific PLR license regarding use of that product, the product-specific license controls.

Unless the applicable license expressly allows it, you may not sell, share, transfer, sublicense, or give away the EVOLVE PLR source package, editable master files, seller materials, research, license documents, or the right to resell PLR rights. You may not represent EVOLVE PLR materials as your original source work or use EVOLVE PLR names, logos, or trademarks as your own brand.

CUSTOMER-FACING PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS RESULTS

You are responsible for the products you publish, the changes you make, your retail pricing, your customer claims, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. EVOLVE PLR does not guarantee sales, revenue, traffic, rankings, customer results, or any other business outcome.

REFUNDS

Refunds and order issues are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The store, brand, site design, text, graphics, logos, and original source materials are owned by EVOLVE PLR or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants only the rights stated in the applicable product license and does not transfer ownership of the EVOLVE PLR brand or platform.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some products or services may use or link to third-party platforms such as Shopify, Canva, payment providers, or hosting services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. EVOLVE PLR is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, or content.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the store or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with store security; distribute malware; scrape or copy the store at scale; or violate a product license.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in writing. EVOLVE PLR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

EVOLVE PLR is powered by Shopify, which enables the store and checkout services. Purchases are made directly from EVOLVE PLR. Shopify is not responsible for the products, licenses, or transactions between you and EVOLVE PLR.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process information as part of providing the store and checkout services.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
